More Recruiting

Hello everybody,

This past week has mainly been used on optimizing the recruiting and more specific how the recruits selects which college to enroll to. Before the changes it was virtual impossible to get any recruits no matter the stars of the recruit and the college playing it. Of course it is still hard to get a 5 star recruit if you are playing with a minor college.

We have also fixed an issue with loading where the recruiting budget was set to $0 after loading of a saved game.

The next thing we are looking into is saving in general since we have some reports that it is failing for some users, where a loaded game changes the human team to be Akron. But since we can't replicate it locally we really needs some help with some of the failing saved games.
