Release 0.8.2

Hello everybody,

This is only a minor update which includes optimized performance and some fixes of issues with depth chart. The first of them is that it shows all players as five stars, and the second one is that it was possible to change the depth chart of the CPU teams.

The optimizations we have done are mainly ingame where it should be much faster now to simulate a day. This is due to some updates for recruiting and the way game stats were stored. We hope that you also experience the improvements. 

We have also optimized the startup of the game, meaning from clicking the exe-file to you are shown the front page.
